1. What we collect

Player accounts: name, email, and mobile number. Organiser accounts: name, club name, email, and subscription/payment records. Match data: scores, timestamps, and who recorded them.

2. How we use it

To run registration, payment verification, draws, live scoring, and to send you notifications about your teams and matches. We don't sell your data to advertisers.

3. Who can see what

Your name and team appear on public tournament and league draws. Your email, mobile number, and payment details are visible only to the organiser running that event and their admin staff — not to other players.

4. M-Pesa & payment data

We store the transaction reference you submit, not your M-Pesa PIN or full statement. The organiser manually cross-checks references against their own M-Pesa statement.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us at the number in the footer. Match history tied to completed tournaments or league seasons may be retained for record-keeping even after account deletion.

6. Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active, and tournament/league/match records indefinitely for historical draws and standings, unless you request deletion.
