1. What Padel HQ is

Padel HQ is a tournament management platform that lets organisers create and run padel tournaments and leagues, and lets players register, pay, and follow results. We provide the software; organisers are responsible for the events they run on it.

2. Organiser accounts & payment

Organiser accounts run on a subscription: a free 30-day trial, or a paid plan billed for a fixed period. Access to organiser features ends when that period lapses, until renewed. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Entry fees & payment collection

Entry fees paid by players go directly to the organiser via the payment method the organiser configures (M-Pesa or another method they specify). Padel HQ does not hold, process, or take a cut of entry fees, and is not a party to that transaction. Payment verification is the organiser's responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the platform to submit false payment references, impersonate another player or organiser, tamper with match scores you're not authorised to record, or attempt to access another organiser's account or admin tools without permission.

5. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, including repeated payment disputes or misuse of scoring access.

6. Limitation of liability

Padel HQ is provided "as is." We're not liable for disputes between organisers and players, incorrect scores entered by referees, or losses arising from tournament or league cancellations or scheduling changes.
